Fit and Nutritious Meals offers low-calorie menu items — but, depending on your caloric needs as well as your other food intake throughout the day, a 650-calorie dinner may still be more than what you’re looking for. Want to allocate low-calorie food. Most meals range from 700 to 1,200 calories per serving.

HelloFresh seems best suited for people with flexible eating patterns like mine, and for families with children, who will likely enjoy many of the menu items. If you’re looking for keto, paleo, Whole30, gluten-free, or vegan-specific meal kits, you’d better look elsewhere.
